Great for Call Center staff!

To provide assistance for newly participating credit unions, or those simply needing advice, mentoring programs have been created. Employees from some of the first credit unions in the Shared Branching program are volunteering their expertise and experience to help you deal with issues affecting operations, marketing, and teller training that arise from Shared Branching.

Operations Mentoring Program

The first Ohio credit unions to participate in the Shared Branching program have formed a mentor program to help you understand the operations aspects for implementing and running the Shared Branching Program.

Marketing Mentoring Program
