Why would I send my members to another credit union?

To continue providing goal number one - Member Convenience at an affordable cost.  Another benefit is the increase of deposits into member checking accounts.

What happens if a "Guest Member" cashes a fraudulent check at my credit union?

As long as your credit union follows protocol while conducting the "Guest Member's" transaction, it is the responsibility of the "Guest Member's" credit union to collect the funds.  Your credit union is not impacted in any way.
