Requirements:

Bachelors Degree
in finance, business management, marketing or related field. 5-7
years of demonstrated success in the management of a retail team
within the financial services environment (previous credit union
experience a plus).

Excellent
communication, presentation, relationship development and problem
solving skills. Ability to lead, train and motivate a team.

Ability to work
effectively and collaboratively with other members of a management
team.
