EXPO HALL HOURS & EVENTS Thursday, April 15 Private CEO and Board Chair Reception 11:30 a.m. – 12:20 p.m. Leave the confines of your booth behind, and come and mingle with Ohio’s credit union CEOs and board chairs. This year, the catered reception will be held outside of the exhibit hall to create an atmosphere conducive to conversation and networking without being tethered to your booth. Expo Hall Grand Opening Luncheon 12:30-2:00 p.m. Attendees flood the expo hall for the complimentary “walk around” lunch to get their first look at the exhibits. The meal and seating are strategically placed throughout the hall to maximize traffic to all booths. Greet your current customers and meet potential clients. Evening Party 7:30-11:00 p.m. Company representatives staffing your booth are welcome to attend the Thursday evening party at no additional cost. Take advantage of this additional opportunity to mingle and network outside of the expo hall. Friday, April 16 Talking Business in Expo Hall 9:00-10:00 a.m. Meet with current and potential clients over a cup of coffee. Expo Hall Luncheon & Finale 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Another walk-around lunch draws ZENITH attendees into the expo hall for a final chance to meet with vendors. During the final 30 minutes, all exhibitors are invited to participate in prize drawings at their booths to attract attendees.
