Shared Branching location (service center)?
A "Shared
Branching location" is a credit union location that is part of a national network
of "linked" or "shared" facilities. Members of
participating credit unions may conduct business at any of the
"shared" facilities as though they were at their
"home" credit union. Shared branches are identified by a common
"swirl" logo.
Is there
any additional charge for this service?
No. This is a
free benefit to you as a member.
What do I
need to provide to a teller at a shared branch?
You must have
a valid ID, your account number, and the name of your credit union.
How do I
find the closest location to me?
Either visit the
Ohio Locations page or
www.cuservicecenter.com to
conduct a more specific search.
What
transactions can I conduct at a shared branch?
Any basic
transactions that frontline staff can do for you at your "home"
credit union. These include balance inquiries, deposits, withdrawals,
transfers, loan payments, and more!
